I just wanted to let you know that there will be a photographer on site after the games. So on Sunday you will have the opportunity to get your picture taken in uniform at the hostel by a photographer. The pictures will cost 50Kr and will be sent to you by e-mail.

There will also be photographers in the game that will be playing photographers so you treat them and their cameras like your characters would.

Onsite update 2013-02-27

Hi have a text from Martin Elricsson for you!

The Monitor Celestra provides you with the costume (most of you) and character you need to catapult yourself into the world of the Twelve Colonies. But how aboutthose little details? A great thing about the Battlestar Galactica universe ishow easy it is to find great props lying about your home. We’re not expecting you to go shopping, but we do invite you to have a look around your house and bring a few items that gives your character more color. Here’s a few tips and guidelines:

Building week report: Monday

We are making great progress! The light is done, the cleaning away of unwanted things is done, the sound is as good as done and yesterday the consoles arrived, with all the tech boys!

We have unfortunately lost our cook (the props guy) to his day job but we have a new one coming in tomorrow. We will give you a video from the ship later in the week.

But right now I want to remind you of the system breif where you can read about how to maneuver the ship!
Go read it! It is inspirational and important and most of all very pretty.

I got a wonderful story in the mail from one of our participants and felt I wanted you guys to read it.

Friday Feature 2013-02-22

We are now doing so much stuff!

We are in Gothenburg, the first of us, and we are having such a great time. We are at the ship and at the hostel building and booking and dealing. We are trying to make everything fit together and getting wonderful reports from the people left in Stockholm. Everyone in the project are doing great things right now.
It's just one week left, people, one week!

Because of this puzzel we will be closing the online sign up for game one. You will still be able to apply for the last roles but only by e-mailing us at

But we have not let you down we have some films for you this week too, unfortunately not from here but don't worry you will get those during the week.

Friday Feature 2013-02-08

Hello again lovely spaceheads!

This week you get a double video entry.
We have a real good video about the phantoms That I made with Elli. As great as this is it is a bit short so I decided to put in an extra video from when Fredrik talked to Anna-Karin about the Taurons. they go a bit deeper about what the taurons wear and how you should think around clothes if you are playing a civilian tauron. But first: Here comes Elli with the Phantoms!

Friday Feature 2013-02-01

Hi guys!

This is Fredrik speaking to you through the interwebs, I’m gonna be acting Sofia today since she is acting someone else (Larpers ya know)
This project is starting to kick into high gear. Our side of the curtain is buzzing with activity. Packages with props and costumes are coming in, the guys at fiction are wearing out their keyboards, tech is tuning the game and constructing consoles and prod is picking up the paper trail. Oh and marketing - Between friday features, flyers, and keeping the mailbox clean and neat, we're getting alot of attention for this project.

We're trying to create something really awesome and unique and we are getting recognized for it, which is really exciting.
While on the topic, i wanted to remind you about our event at SF-bokhandeln in Stockholm on the 15th.
check it out here

Some of you have been asking about the casting process. It's coming along, but casting 420 participants takes time and they're doing a fantastic job, and it pays to be thorough. But I managed to steal some time from Anna-Karin to make a video on tauron culture.

That’s all for this week
See you next friday!
